At Toronty Ottawa, we’re committed to delivering your fashion finds quickly and securely. Please review the details below to understand how our shipping process works and what to expect after placing your order.
1) Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Processing includes verification, quality checks and packing prior to dispatch.
2) Delivery Time
We work with international fulfillment partners. Average delivery window after dispatch is:

Note: Multi-item orders may ship in separate parcels to speed up delivery.
3) Shipping Costs
We offer free standard shipping on most orders. If a product or destination requires additional fees, these will be shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.
4) Tracking
When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Please allow several days for scans to appear in the carrier’s system, especially for international routes.
5) Customs, Duties & Taxes
International shipments may be subject to customs inspections, import duties, VAT/GST and brokerage fees. These charges are not included in our prices and are the customer’s responsibility. Toronty cannot control or estimate these costs.
6) Address Accuracy & Undeliverable Parcels
- Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by address errors.
- Parcels returned due to incorrect address, refusal, failed delivery attempts or unclaimed status may be treated as abandoned under carrier rules.
- Re-shipping an order will incur additional shipping charges.
7) Lost, Delayed or Damaged in Transit
Once your parcel is handed to the carrier, transit events are outside our direct control. We cannot guarantee specific delivery dates or be liable for delays arising from customs, carriers or other logistics constraints. If your tracking shows anomalies, contact us and we will assist with a carrier trace where possible.
8) Risk of Loss
All purchases are made under a shipment contract. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon carrier pickup and/or confirmation of delivery at the destination address.
9) Force Majeure (Events Beyond Our Control)
Toronty Ottawa shall not be liable for any delay, failure to deliver or other non-performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Natural events such as storms, floods, earthquakes or wildfires
- Strikes, labor disputes, port closures or transport disruptions
- Customs hold-ups, import restrictions, regulatory actions or border closures
- War, terrorism, civil unrest or government orders
- Pandemics, epidemics or public-health emergencies
- Power outages, network failures or major internet disruptions
In such circumstances, shipment may be delayed or temporarily suspended without liability. We will use reasonable efforts to fulfill orders once conditions permit.
