Return & Refund Policy – Canada & USA

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If not, Toronty offers a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.

By completing a purchase on toronty.com, you acknowledge and agree to all terms in this policy, including overseas return procedures and customer responsibility for return costs.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Item must be in its original condition: unworn/unused, all tags attached, in original packaging.
  • Receipt or proof of purchase is required.
  • For hygiene reasons, items showing signs of wear, washing, odor, damage or alteration may be refused.

Toronty reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.

How to Start a Return

Contact us first at sales@toronty.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  • Once approved, we will provide your RMA number and the correct return address.
  • All returns are sent to our overseas partner warehouse in Ningbo, China (or another designated partner facility depending on your order).
⚠️ Items sent back without prior approval, without a valid RMA, or to the wrong address will not be accepted or refunded.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Personal care items (beauty, cosmetics, fragrances)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases
  • Sale items and gift cards

If you’re unsure whether your item is eligible, please contact us before purchasing.

Exchanges

  1. Submit a return request for your original item and await approval.
  2. After we receive and accept your return, place a new order for the desired item.

Refunds

After your return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email of approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10–15 business days after approval.
  • Your bank or card issuer may require additional processing time.
  • In some cases, we may offer store credit or an exchange as an alternative.
❌ Items returned without approval, without authorization, or to the wrong warehouse are not eligible for refunds.

Return Shipping Costs

  • All return shipping, packaging and handling costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item sent by us.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • We do not provide prepaid return labels. Please use a trackable service and retain proof of postage.
