Return & Refund Policy – Canada & USA

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, Toronty offers a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.


Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with original tags attached, and in its original packaging.

  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

  • For hygiene and health reasons, certain items such as clothing, footwear, or accessories that show signs of being worn or used may be refused for return.


How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us first at sales@toronty.com.

If your return request is approved, we will provide you with:

  • The correct return address (this may be our Belgium office or one of our partner warehouses overseas, depending on your order)

  • A return authorization number and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package

⚠️ Important: Items sent back to us without prior approval, a valid return authorization, or to the wrong address will not be accepted or refunded.


Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

  • The item is defective or damaged

  • You received the wrong item

This allows us to evaluate the issue quickly and make it right.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care goods (beauty products, cosmetics, fragrances)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Sale items and gift cards

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive the item you want is to:

  1. Return the item you have (after approval)

  2. Place a new order once your return is accepted


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email of approval or rejection.

✅ Refunds are only processed after written approval.

  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10–15 business days after approval.

  • Please note that your bank or card issuer may require additional processing time.

  • In some cases, we may offer store credit or an exchange as an alternative.

❌ Items returned without prior approval, without authorization, or to the wrong warehouse will not be eligible for a refund.


Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or the wrong item was received.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
